    HJ armband with snaps??

    Hey guys, How common are HJ armbands with snaps stiched in the inside of the armband? Does anyone have a picture of one? Thank you in advance for any help provided.

    Hello, I would mostly expect to see snaps on insignia mainly on a dress tunic, for removal for laundering. I personally have seen this only on woolen armbands for tunics, but for a shirt wouldn't surprise me either... This one is for an NSFK flieger tunic...

        Yes, I would imagine that the use of snaps was fairly widespread. Here is another example - this time on the large diamond for the sports vest and Kletterjacke:
