Here a part from an early colored plate from about 1935 about the ranking system for the Party Courts (Parteigericht.
The Beisitzer is the same level as an Amtsleiter from the Reichsleitung; the Gaurichter is the level of a Haupt-Stellenleiter
der Reichsleitung and a Kreis or Orts Beisitzer is the same level as a Mitarbeiter for the Reichsleitung.

Do we have examples of Post 1938 Gericht examples? All the ones I have seen are Pre-1938?

They used same insignia as other political leaders from 1939 onwards
