            Jeff,
I had some of his earlier pieces. What an incredible artist

Jeff, lovely pieces--I must have missed seeing them the first time around.
What were they awarded for and/or what do they commemorate?

The first 2 are “Adolf Hitler”, struck in 36 & 60mm…cast in 135mm
The reverse depicts the succession from the First Reich, to Emperor Wilhelm I in 1871 of the Second Reich, to Hitler and his Third Reich.

The second one is “The Day of Potsdam”, struck in 36 & 60mm…cast in 110mm.
On the occasion of the opening of the Reichstag in the garrison church at Potsdam on March 21, 1933.
This day was important to the Party; it showed the old Germany merging with the new Third Reich
