Don't know whether you can read the location Doug but this is for a boy from Jungbann 366 Biberach in Gebiet 20 Württemberg. The Bann name changed to Bann 'Wilhelm Neth' on the 17th November 1937 in honour of Wilhelm Neth, one of the founding members of the HJ in Oberschwaben and Biberach. At the time of his accidental death in Stuttgart on the 1st of Nov 1933 he had reached the position of Oberbannführer. Despite the fact that he died an accidental death the party made full use of his name for propaganda purposes.
