Hi Guys,

Im seeking opinions on item 6525 on Bob I,s site(collector to collector) in the Headgear section.

I know virtually nothing about Sa kepis but all of the ones ive seen on other dealers sites seem way,way more expensive.

Any help much appreciated.

Looking good to me, nice early one with later added color for Gruppe Mitte/Elbe. Only thing is that the eagle is looking like it is not original to the cap, the later big one was once atached to the cap (note the holes).

I AGREE. AN EARLY ALL BROWN KEPI THAT HAS HAD THE GRUPPE COLOR ADDED. THE EAGLE IS AN INCORRECT REPLACEMENT. HOWEVER, AN ORIGINAL 1936 PATTERN EAGLE IS A COMMON ITEM.

Shows how much i know about these as i wouldnt have a clue what eagle it should have.
