I have one I picked up from a vet source. The writing and look is similar to the one in question, but it doesn't have the dashes between Adolf and Hitler, just between Hitler and Str. It is also blue colored. It is an Adolf Hitler- Str. type sign. I would add a picture, but don't have enough posts, I guess, to add pictures.

Here's ours, a Hindenburg. The back is black porcelain, in better condition than the front, which seems to be the norm for these signs. Also note the convex form. Its not evident in the photo but the white letters are heavily printed, giving them a slightly raised effect. The weathering these signs received over the years of exposure to the elements would be hard to fake.
