Hello Guys, Any Information Regarding This Abzeichen Would Be Much Appreciated. Sorry For The Poor Pictures But It was The Best I Could manage. It Is Very Heavy And Looks To Be A Tombak (bronze) Core With What Remains Of A Silver Frosting Wash Over A Silver Plate. The Blue And White Areas Are Enamel. To The Reverse It Is Maker Marked Hoffstatter Bonn

A Kurhaus is a spa with waters considered to have curative powers. The design probably represents a fountain with carbonated waters and a ladder to a pool (you can drink it or soak in it for better health). I suspect this was produced as a souvenir of a spa visit at Bad Oeynhausen.

Hello Erich, thank you for your input it is much appreciated. However In hand it is a very heavy and impressive award and puts me in mind of the Breast star in design and although my picture does not really portray it's quality it is of exceptional quality.

Hi,
it is a typical carnival decoration, post WW II, from the fifties or the sixties.
Bad Oeynhausen see here:

Hi Martin,
please have a look on these decorations:
And compare the basic construction.
The green decoration is from 1960 (Cologne, Siemens)
The other is from Würselen, a small town near Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle), the carnival association was founded in 1950.
On the reverse both have the maker mark HOFFSTÄTTER BONN.

Martin,
I think, it is not older, it is only in a worse state.
Only some collectors collect such decorations, mostly restricted on the local area.
I would not pay more than 10/15 Euro for such a piece, depending on the state, sorry.
For the both pieces shown in Post 9 I have paid less than 10 Euro each, some years ago.
Regards

Hello Uwe, thank you for the input, although I am amazed at the high quality of these Badges considering what they designed are for. It came with some very interesting Militaria from Austria and I had had greater expectations for the Badge.Thank you for your time it is much appreciated. In future think I will stick to my specialised subject - Tinnies
