I Doubt This Piece Has Any Connection To Ernst Rohm. Most Likely, It Is A Period Made Piece Of Custom Jewelry. It Would Not Be Any Form Of Official Production.

Can you post a close up? Looks like regular TR coins welded or soldered together by a chain.

Coin bracelets are common souvenirs. This one has TR coins and 5 Korun coins from Slovakia circa 1939. The dates on the coins will give an idea of when the bracelet was made. It does have an appealing design with the swastika links.

As Roehm was eliminated in June 1934 there can be no connection.
