Picked up this stickpin at Tulsa show this past weekend. Any thoughts as to what it is and originality?

This is one of the myriad of schutzenbund prize pins. Having the swastika makes it a better piece. Many of the schutzenbund groups were just fronts for the SA arming themselves and doing marksmanship training.
