This badge is a good one in my opinion. The fake M1/102 mark is very obvious when seen on these badges. I have the advanced shooter badge from the same maker. That badge is a definite good one and the MM is identical to yours. There are some threads actually showing the bad MM here on WAF.

Nice price too for this rare badge if I may say so

IMO it´s a rare original. I can say that this exact kind of badge have been in the market as original for decades.

I personally do not own the golden version. But this one looks just fine to me.
