      Hi David,

Perhaps made by polygraph writing? (i hope i use the word polygraph right here, i mean the device that lets you write on items).

Another issue is that the Singer badge has these conical circles on the reverse (similar to gold "30" woundbadges) and the other two don't seem to display this. I realise the pictures are not the best, so i could be due to the pictures.

      best regards,
      Gaston

There would not have been many made (if original) so I would have thought they would have all inscribed at the same time, one after another using the same machine. Does not make any sense to me that there are differences.

These badges were said to have been awarded by Hitler on the evening of the 8th of Nov 1933 to a select few.
A friend of mine sent me a photo showing Maurice on the 9th getting ready for the march and the only awards that he is wearing are the GPB on his tie and the CB on his shirt pocket. That said, doesn't one think that if he was awarded this special BO badge from Hitler the night before he would have it pinned proudly to his shirt the following day for the festivities?

Rumour has it, he refused to wear it after he found out he had been given a second hand watch

It has been edited out, yesterday on the GaryHenderschrott-Ghost-Show site it said "Imagine the Angst that Hitler must have had, trying to chose a watch for his best friend who was a master watchmaker"

Honest rarities dont need the hype, the bulls××× and the outright lies. They also dont need to have a description that is trying to brainwash you, and detract from the actual item by repeatedly mentioning "the magical words" that they hope will help sell the item/rubbish.

In this case, the magical words are the lies that Maurice was a Ghostwriter. (Not to mention the whole romance sage rubbish) no less than eleven times, attempted brainwashing, detraction, hype... it`s Hollywood at it`s finest. The only way you`re going to get someone to eat s××t, is with a whole lot of sugar...

              • •Mein Kampf was ghost written with the help of Emil Maurice’s a man of Jewish
              • •, trusted Maurice to help ghost-write his famous Mein Kampf
              • •especially one presented to the ghost-writer of his precious Mein Kampf Emil Maurice
              • •This is an extremely rare first edition, but the fact that it is dedicated by Adolf Hitler to his cellmate and ghost-writer
              • •since it was dedicated to Hitler’s closest confidant to whom he dictated the essence of Mein Kampf, his ghost-writer and best friend
              • •even to the point of serving time in prison with Hitler and ghostwriting Hitler’s Mein Kampf
              • •This example owned by Hitler’s closest confidant, the man who ghostwrote Mein Kampf,
              • •defining its personal ownership by Hitler’s confidant and ghost-writer of Mein Kampf,
              • •but even rarer are photographs dedicated to his close friends, much less to his ghost-writer of the work he considered his masterpiece, Mein Kampf
              • •due to their old and intense friendship, especially since Maurice had ghost-written Mein Kampf
              • •a man of Jewish ancestry who became one of Hitler’s closest friends, one chosen to ghostwrite his manifesto Mein Kampf.

Geez, those "autographs" are terrible. Maybe BC was so busy typing everything in all CAPS at the time he failed to notice.

What I find incredibly sad is that someone put this lot together simply to deceive. This hobby really can be a mine field. Thankfully we have forums like this to assist those of us with lesser knowledge.

Maybe Mr Bob Coleman would like to make a comment.

What the same day? The morning badge, the lunchtime badge and the evening badge.

Yes, I mean, where do you go after that ?
Or, OK....the standard; 'Not for my collection'.

I have to agree with Richard why some have left this hobby recently.

I WAS LUCKLY ENOUGH TO OBTAIN ONE OF THE TWO TUNICS FROM BILL SHEA.
This tunic is also listed for sale by Gary Hendershott. It is clear in my mind that Mr Coleman has this and the Maurice grouping (including the cigar case he mentioned but didnt show us) on assignment. He needs to make a statement ASAP
