NSDAP 25 Year Medal Group--Yes Or No?

Would like to get opinions and comments on this NSDAP 25 Year medal and miniature.

This medal was included in a group of the three (3) NSDAP Service Medals and miniatures.

The Ten Year Group was posted before:

So hopefully there will be some response with opinions and comments on the third medal of the group.
