The Partei-Bereitschaft (NSDAP Party "Readiness") has little written about it. It appears to be a late-war NSDAP auxilliary of party members who helped out in both civil emergencies and Party events. The band was worn on the lower sleeve in civilian clothes.

Fairly common. I would have thought $20 - $30.

Any chance of a photo of the rubber stamp?
