Got this pin and it got me thinking of NSFK, but I´m not sure, anyone who knows?

According to one reference, this is the Badge of the SA Reserve II

For members of the Kyffhauserbund who joined the the SA (1933).

SA Reserve II is right. No one knows why the wings. The central design is a Napoleonic Tschako hat.
