I've posted these mystery shoulderboards in the civil section thinking these might be Luftschutz related and also in the wehrmacht section thinking maybe Osttrüppen... but no definite answers... only suggestions like perhaps SA or (marine?)HJ? i've looked at your photos a couple of times. i think these might be an early eastern bloc pair. if you get them id' for sure i'd be interested in knowing what they turn out to be.
