Bob, It looks good but they can be tricky. I would contact John Pepera regarding it he knows his stuff on these. Best, Erich

Not tricky at all, at this point. There are a couple of patterns (original issue and later production) but both are different than the fakes. I've got an original issue which is slightly different than the RZM type.
            Nice piece, Bob.

This is a lovely original with the color and finish that cannot be duplicated. If you get tired of it, I have room, on a tunic, for another one!!!!!

These are the 2 versions of the badge. The badge to the left is the RZM type and the badge to the right is the original 1st issue type.

                    Bob-
Thanks For Showing The Two Variations Side By Side. If You Ever Want To Sell Yours, I Have A Couple Of Tunics They Would Go Nicely On! I KNOW-FAT CHANCE!!

                      Bob,

Your badge looks textbook. This is one which I bought from Steve Wolfe.

Reverse marked "RZM". Note that the catch opens to the left.

                          Coburg Badge

And here's one which I used to own. It came from Forman in the late 1980's. I showed it to Steve Wolfe and he gave it the thumbs up but I decided to sell it when I bought the textbook version.
