The 130th Standarte for Gruppe Kurpfalz was from 1942-1945. Gruppe Kurpfalz used steel green for their color. Your tabs are pre 39 pattern. From 1935-1942 the 130th Standarte was for Gruppe Westfalen. Hope this helps.
