High Ranking Political Arm Band

The overall quality and workmanship of that armband is very far below what I would expect for a high leader. I would agree with the "Looks like a movie prop" comment.

Thnks guys, it is made of what appears to be all period material, quality is a little off just didn't know if it was an early piece or maybe a period homemade piece. First few photos were taken with flash. So is movie prop final word?
