Your visor cap would be more appropriate for wear with the first pattern NSDAP insignia or wear with a brownshirt. However, due to the lax enforcement of uniform changes from one pattern to another, it is still appropriate with your uniform.

Hi Bob,Thanks for the help on this as i have a pl brown shirt with the latter pl visor?Maybe i just could switch them around?Any advise on the stains? On the tunic the stains look to be just on the one arm.And well the pants look like the hole pair is stained up?Again many thanks for you help and time.

I think that your tunic would be a second pattern "St******252;tzpunkleiter" of the Otrsleitung. 1934 - 1936. Not sure if the buttons are correct for the year of this tunic though. Can you post a close up of an upper pocket button? I once had a second pattern tunic, but if I remember correctly, it had hollow back pebbled buttons without eagles. Not sure if mine had collar piping either.

No doubt! The difference in buttons and collar piping may not be a regulation thing, but rather what the guy could afford. Like "base version" or "delux". I'll have to read up on the regulations of that time period...
