Hi Justina, These soft upper boots are more for an officer in the military. I would be looking for brown, even with black breeches, and the type with the calf shaped uppers....

                    Justina,
The hat(called a kepi)is for an SA brownshirt and not your Political Leaders shirt. The correct hat would be a Political Leaders visor hat.I don't have one to show but, a quick search will find one.If it's easier just click on the link in Johann's posts to his site.Click on the "J" to enter and on the first page ,upper right is a manniquin in full dress. The visor hat he's holding is what you need.

Early on, the Political Leaders wore a kepi, like that of the SA but with no colored top and with a different chinstrap. The visor cap came later, first with a 'Teller' shape (which would better match your shirt) and eagle and political cockade, but no wreath, and later, the visor cap that you picture. That style visor cap is okay with the shirt but was more commonly used with brownshirts and tunics with the 3rd pattern insignia including the later type armband.
Johann, I've seen cross straps in every conceivable shade of brown, including the Havana brown color. I've seen the wide D rings as well as the narrow variety.
I would go with a 1914 EK I for your award loops--they're in the perfect place for an EK and you should be able to find one in your price range.
Lastly, the black breeches would not be correct with the shirt, as far as I've seen. The breeches should be golden brown or tan, in either wool or cotton/corduroy. Black breeches were worn by a number of organizations, but not by the NSDAP--at least not after the formalization of uniforms around 1933-34.
