    help with this armband

I have never saw one of these before what is it, is it a good one, it does pass the black light test and does appear to have honest wear.

Those inkstamps seem kind of goofy to me. I would be surprised to see a stamp on an armband that is a Feldpost stamp and does not identify the issuing authority. Although the material and the sewing on the front look good, I think it is doubtful that this is an original piece. Ink stamps are a big red flag on armbands- although there are many original stamped bands to be found, the fakers absolutely love these- a Feldpost stamp doubly so.

Hi Ken, like you I am not sure what this is supposed to be?

It does not inspire confidence in me either and I would be tempted to dismiss it as a fantasy item. Why would the Armed services (hence Feldpost number) need an armband like this based upon a NSDAP armband?

          Cheers, Ade.

That's a good question. The only thing I can think of is someone took an incomplete armband (the armband itself is good) and tried to make it easer to sell by adding stamps and numbers to it.
