Political Shirt ??????

I got this shirt about 1 year ago from someone who said it was a Political one. The cloth is not as smooth as the Political dress shirt. Before I put it up for sale could anyone confirm that it is political or if not any idea what it could be. Somebody said it could even be tropical.. ????? Any imput would be good.
