SA Breadbag

I picked this up in a lot which had a few good items in it and I just rediscovered it the other day. The fellow I bought the lot from said this was an SA breadbag. I have really nothing invested in it so it will not be a heart-breaker if it isn't. Any ideas what it is?

Not an authorized SA bread bag, which would not have leather trim. I believe I read that leather trim was specifically mentioned as not regulation in the RZM Herstellungsvorschriften. During the late 20s--early30s, though, it wouldn't be surprising that an SA member might use a non-SA bread bag that he already owned.
