It is the tyr rune for SA leaders who were formed on a leader school. It has to be sawn on the arm. But if original, I don't know.

I agree: SA leader school Ty rune. I always loved the looks of that one but you dont see them often

Attached is a beautiful embroidered variant from my archives (offered by Weitze some years ago). Note the SA backing cloth. Again, not sure if its original but it looks great to me.
