Great eagle on photo and unknown uniforms

I have this photo years ago, as you can see a great Eagle on the building. Can you identify these uniforms?

    regards

Must be a school or something similar no one has any insignia except for the guy on each side and one in the middle?

SA training school uniforms--there were at least 2 patterns--both identifiable by the hidden front buttons, different colored collar vs. body, and usually the rank system which consisted of stripes on the collar, although in some cases the collar would display collar tabs similar to standard SA tabs.
The Marine SA Sturmbannführer is wearing the final visor cap insignia, which would date the photograph to post 1938, and possibly post 1939 since his cap looks like it's proportioned like the KM visor cap.
The SA leaders in uniform are assumably serving on the school staff.
See Wim Saris' book 'Headgear of Hitler's Germany' volume 3 for more detailed information.
