    It looks fake to me. Like a reddick eagle, with a fake base.

        I agree... also the lack of detail in the wreath and feet make me believe it is probably a bad piece.

          While there are some impressive things about this piece -- and it would look fine sitting on a bookcase, at a distance -- Michael H's comments ring true for me, as well. The absence of those details tell a story.
