It´s carnival season here in Germany, you could use it for that.
Cap is a post-war manufacture with aplied TR insignia. The jacket also appears to be an early West-German uniform, perhaps police. Shoulder boards are customs, collar tabs could be Wehrmacht. This is a hotch-potch of items that have, IMHO no value for a collector.

I am referring to the visor: A PeKuRo postwar one,as the peak & sweatband clearly show .

Please note the plastic sweatshield and the cut of the abbreviation in which the federal patent is reported.

The wreath also is a federal pattern with an added TR cockade.
