Reichsadler Plaque - Opinions Needed

I've recently come across this plaque, it appears to be quite large, about 24 cm by 28 cm. It weight nearly 3 KG.

Any opinions on the originality of it?

Hello, the first plaque not original in my opinión. Very soft detail. Not the quality expected.
Not sure about the RAD plaque. There are many reproductions on this.
