    PAINTED Teno Armband for Review

Greetings! I have this teno armband which is a variety that Ive never had / seen before. First off, it glows (which is normal for teno armbands) but what throws me off is the the logo appears to have been painted onto the armband. Some of the paint also appears to seep through to the other side of the armband as well (see pic of inside). Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

My guess is the guy before you did a touch up job in the corner and then called off his restoration work

Actually, it appears that whatever liquid came in contact with the ink caused it to leak through.

In the printing technique the flaws you see are called print registration errors and ink deburring which may occurr in the first printed examples before the printing machine is adjusted.
I’m not aware that the white fabric of TeNo brassards was treated with optical brighteners back at a time when visibility was a matter of color and not of reflective devices.
In any case, this specimen doesn't appeal to me.
