I believe neither wartime nor postwar Bahnpolizei/Bahnschutzpolizei insignia because of the lack of the metal corps' distinctive insignia on the inner cord. BTW, Bahnschutzpolizei shoulder cords had different rank pips from 1941 onwards. Nordrhein Westfalen Police postwar shoulder insignia in the style of TR Police are black and silver on a black underlay. Postwar Seegrenzschutz (Sea Border Patrol) / Bundesgrenzschutz See (Federal See Border Patrol) shoulder insignia in the style of TR Police are dark blue and silver on a dark blue underlay, but they have anchor embossed buttons.
