Hi there can I have a few views on this insignia.

Looks fine to me. Most of these that are fake have no detail to the reverse.

Picts are small but I agree with John. Lots of aluminum insignia doesnt show much age (if any). Looks like a nice original EM Shako eagle to me. Attached is an officer type (more 3d looking I was told ) and the smaller cartouche eagle (marked CTD) both in alu and insimilar condition to yours

Looks like an original to me. Better/larger pics would always be more helpful. Any maker markings on the reverse?

From these pics , you have a good eagle .
Alu badges could look so new if well stocked for the last 75 years and yours is even already more matt in colour that shiny !
