Before I put up for sale, can someone tell me what this silver creamer is and where it came from? Came back w a Vet lot and Im quite sure its either German or Dutch

Thanks. Its a bunch of odds ends ie a few medals, armband, and luftwaffe sports eagle. Thanks Im assuming people collect these?
