RAD weibliche jungfrau brooch- gold

Hi Guys

This came in in a group of stuff and it is the first time I recall seeing a gold one- please would anyone be able to tell me what rank this signifies and if it is scarce?

Correct: Stabsoberführerin, golden mit gerippter Rand.
However weibliche Jungfrau should be corrected, as this word is misleading.
The brooches are for the Reichsarbeitsdienst für die weibliche Jugend, shortened as RAD w. J.
