Opinions on Deutsches Frauenwerk badge

Dear collectors,

I recently picked up this Deutsches Frauenwerk badge.
This one doesn't have the enamel and is matt.
The badge is maker marked M1/63 so Steinhauer & Lück-Lüdenscheid.
Has anyone seen a Frauenwerk badge in this form or is this a fake?
