Opinions on Armband

Just Purchased a lot from a local estate and this armband was in it,everything else was Kreigsmarine.It looks good to me but I have never seen this armband before.Thanks Jay Parisi

It looks like a good unissued one to me. " In service to the German police " is what it says as far as I know. Not sure if it has anything to do with Kreigsmarine. Maybe others would know.
