Unknow polizei collar tabs and shoulder boards??

Hello Guys,

Who can tell me more about this set of collar tabs and
shoulder boards? They have been found together.
I suspect it is polizei? I have not seen the way of making before,
Probably private purchase or field repair?

The rank straps look like a coverup of some sorts, are you able to tell what's under the green? Are the collar tabs with a black or dark green base? The collar tabs are also not the typical police branch style.

Sounds like Heer insignia, not sure exactly what they were trying to achieve with the coverup job. You might want to post them in the Heer Forum for thoughts.

Collar tabs are WH/Heer.
Shoulder cords are, at best, field reassembled insignia in order to obtain a slip-on variety for a field blous and to comply with the wearer’s branch-of-service. Or they might have been naively reassembled for collecting needs in more recent times.
