            Thanks to all. I imagine there is no possibility to say the cross is from the same manufacturer than the envelope, as I do not think any markings exists on crosses?

              I've seen LDO mark's on minis, but I've never seen a marked MK
              LDO or otherwise.
              With the ribbon tarnish on the back it appears to have been sitting up against a ribbon for a long time, couple that with the almost flawless looking obverse, I'd say it's more likely than not the cross and bang are original to each other, but with none of them marked, who's to say theyre not?

                  I dare say the advanced collectors will be able to distinguish the background texture behind the enamel and connect them to the maker … I've never studied them to that extent.
