German Patch ID Help Request

Is this a rail or motor vehicle related German patch? I'm thinking the KF stands for Kraftfahrer? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Chris

Coat of arms (called Mainzer Rad) with KF, nothing railway/vehicle related IMO. I think it´s more for a sport dress.
