Two new pins

Ok picked these up. The first one I have no idea what it is. The second looks good to me
So any help on the first be appreciated please

Looks like some kind of Lufthansa pin.

The pin has nothing to do with Lufthansa that's for sure!
I have seen the symbol before, but then without the bird on top.
Pitily I cannot find it in my material, but I thought it had to do with
an electric company or so.

The badge is for the vehicle manufacturer Adlerwerke vorm. H. Kleyer AG.



I have never seen this badge with the eagle on before either. Further research shows that the eagle is almost the same as the hood ornament used on the Adler Standard 6, so maybe the pin was a promotional piece for that car?

I knew I had seen the symbol before. Thanks for reminding me.
Now I know I had seen it in a 1934 Steinhauer & Lück cataloque amongst the "Auto- und Motorrad-Abzeichen" as article-number 5812,
but there it was not with the bird.
