This stuff came with the medal. What is the small wreath with gold bar? Is it related to the 25 year medal?

Hi mpkills. Nope, the small wreath is a US Meritorius Unit Citation patch. The gold bar appears to be a US Overseas Stripe. One bar was worn for each 6 month period spent overseas. Both of these patches would have been worn on the lower sleeve of an Ike Jacket or a traditional 4 pocket uniform.

Much better pictures of the cross is needed! There are very, very good fakes of the Polizei crosses (too).
Looks promissing though, as the case and ribbon look OK.
