Original medal?

I got this with a bunch of stuff and I would like y'alls opinion on it. I've never seen this as a medal before other than a table medal.

I’ve seen half a dozen variations of this decoration. Besides national awards, the Reichsnährstand issued medals at regional level with different designs especially on the reverse.
