I’m no expert with discs but I believe you are correct. Both are reproductions and I am thinking that the top one would not of have those numbers below the eagle. NJ

The Prussian disk is one of the infamous "Polish" disks from 1994. All are Berlin marked. A good repro, but is still as bad as bad can be.
Do the research as provided and you will see the difference.Comment
