Annener Gusstahlwerk arm band

Hello everyone! I've had this blue arm band for a while now (perhaps some of you remember my other thread about it), and after carefully going over it with a magnifying glass, I was finally able to translate what the stamp says. It says Annener Gusstahlwerk Aktiengesellschaft Ruhrstahl around the outside. The inside I still can't quite make out, but it looks to be Work-Luftschutz. Anybody got any opinions on this?

So it was a steel factory that employed POWs? Interesting..

Is it an uncommon arm band then? Or not really? Still interesting either way!
