General Question Regarding Police Holster

Hello all,

Today I want to ask the community for some knowledge on Third Reich police pistol holsters. How were they issued? Any specific markings on them? ANY info on this matter would be helpful, as I know absolutely nothing on this subject. If possible, some photographic studies would be much appreciated!
