Police Riding Breeches - Help please

Bought these, what I take to be Police Riding Breeches, been trying to pin them down to a particular era, most of the wartime breeches I've seen have one back pocket and the lacing holes at the bottom of the legs are different. My breeches has two back pockets and the leg bottoms holes have eyelets. Inside is one marking - 14 /66. Can any member say, if they are pre or wartime breeches, any help / information would be appreciated.

These are made in the postwar period manner. Your breeches have two rear pockets instead of one, a tab in the front waistband. and are cut square in the back with two tabs for the suspenders instead of cut with extra material for the suspender buttons.

I agree with above, postwar construction.
