hi quite a few years back a forum member asked for my permission to use my photo that I had posted on wma of my police cap badge he said that he would credit my name in the book does anyone know if this book was ever published or who the forum member was.

Do you happen to have a link to this previous posting? Without a name makes it difficult. What I can say is that not much (if anything) in the way of polizei reference has been printed in the past few years.

It might have been the late Mark Yerger--he asked me for photos of my Police hats for a book he was helping get published for RJ Bender. I have not heard anything since he passed about it.

That slipped my mind, I forgot Mark was making a big push for V3.
