Police sidecap piping colour opinions.. Gempo?

Some quick help please. I'm thinking of picking up this cap on estand

It does look rather nice and I don't have one. Maybe it is my computer but I can't quite figure if it is Gempo or Fire police. I have a nice Gempo tunic it would look great with if Gempo.... Whats the general opinion please and while were at it does everything look ok with it, badge, air vent etc? There are no markings.

Nice looking cap.

It looks like FSP carmine-pink, but colors look different on every monitor. GemPo has always seemed darker and a less "vibrant" than FSP.

Here is a small photo to see what I consider GemPo carmine/red. Just a little less "pink", more towards the red.
