Please assist with Olympic Cap Tally

Allegedly this is a cap tally from the Olympic games, maybe ushers/workers. who knows. It is till attached from both sides and appears to be removed from a cap. Can I please get your opinion on this.

Hi Dave,

"OLYMPISCH-STADION" is not a German term.

Germans use "Olympia-Stadion", "Olympiastadion" or "Olympisches Stadion", but not and never "OLYMPISCH-STADION".

But there is an "OLYMPISCH STADION" Amsterdam in the Netherlands, without the hyphen.
