Opinion please

I would like to think this is a good 37 39 model .with swords will make it 39 .
Only 2 points.
1.. I have never seen this pin set up before.only the normal one and the Spanish one.
2 on tne right hand sword upper cross guard there seems to be a lack of detail to it.May just be the light .
There are others here with greater knowledge than I so hang on for their input.

Is an original 1943-1945 5Th Eagle Order with swords example.....Does it have a mark on top of the ball on the top of the fan? (Where the ring enters).

Case is for a 1939 Third Class.

Ribbon is contemporary but is not primal ribbon (is a reposition ribbon).

Ring I do not like it, it looks very thin.

The pin catch is not vintage, has been added later and I think it is current, not contemporary
