Im not sure its a signature, it says "Frontheil", which was one of the SHB slogans.

Really nice picture whith the bundesstern so nicely pictured. An id should be possible. I havent got my books here but will try and remember when i go through them again.

From memory i think the colour (similar to waffenfarbe) on the edges of the leather band on which the bundesstern is attached, indicates the level on which he is a leader (district like e.g gau)

I think i have one of those tabs in my collection, please give me a few days to locate it as im not at home.

You could contact Wim Saris in the meantime, he probably has the information ready at hand.
